Nusa Duta will launch their phase 5 in about 2 months but they have already started selling their units from phase 5. Show house also under construction now.

I got mine at less than 1.1 mil after discount. Bare means only basic like flooring and wiring done. Hope its useful.

I'm not sure if its Nusa Duta 2 or what. All i know is this launch faces the lake. The show unit is under construction and will be ready in abt 2 months. I am aware that Nusa Duta is bare unit. I love the ammenities and the convenience.

Its at Nusa Duta. You are right it's a corner lot. Standard lot size is 35X80. Currently they selling their new phase at about 880K standard lot and they giving 25k discount. Comes with free legal fees and 1 year free maintainance.

I got myself a cluster semi-d which faces the lake. Land area 4400sq feet. 55X80. Build up i think is 2923sq feet. They have not officially launched yet. Official launch will be in about 2 months time.
