Just keep repeating "no thank you" until the person gives up and hangs up.
The problem is many of them will ask "why no thank you?" :(

Or tell them you already have it and they will naturally hang up for most of cases. It is so human psychologies at times, I think it is fun to try some liners to see which works better :p.
