He is housed with others facing capital charge.
He is a remandee so he’ll be in a 4 men cell.
Single man cell for CT and PD inmates.
Those sentenced to Corrective Training and Preventive Detention. These are the repeat offenders. Sentence min 5 and 8 years without remission.
Others housed in single man cell are the condemned (death row) inmates and those in punishment cell.
Contagious Sick inmates also isolated by staying alone duration of illness as advised by prison doctor. But mental illness also no isolation but all housed together separated from general population
