Youth fined for putting 'biggest gangster' on leash

Wulstan Charles Joseph Pantaleon, 16, was found not to be suitable for probation, a Community Court heard.
On Sept 25, last year, he and three others had restrained the victim with a dog leash after being annoyed with the 17-year-old's boast that he was the "biggest gangster" in Toa Payoh.
The victim was led to a common corridor where he was then tied to a pipe. The four then punched him repeatedly.
In mitigation, Wulstan said he bore no animosity towards the victim.
Two other youths in the gang, who cannot be named due to their age, have been sent to the Singapore Boys' Home for two years.
Another accomplice, Muhammad Khair E Samsul, 17, was fined $3,000.
