Why is Vivian keeping quiet on the Haze issue?

Now, Vivian, Indon strong response to your haze comment was self-inflicted!

Singapore's environment minister made the request to his Indonesian counterpart by telephone as air pollution on the island hit unhealthy levels for a second straight day, with some of the worst readings since a 1997 regional haze crisis.

"We need to exert commercial pressure against companies causing the haze," Environment and Water Resources Minister Vivian Balakrishnan said on his Facebook page, without saying what measures Singapore might take.

"We are also waiting for Indonesia to publish the concession maps. The combination of satellite photos, which are updated daily, and these concession maps would enable us to pinpoint the errant companies," he added.

Indonesia's environment minister could not be reached for comment, but senior official Sony Partono told Reuters, "Foreign parties should not be interfering with our domestic affairs."

Vivian is going to get a tight slap from LHL. Three strikes ...Ms Vivian will be out soon.

Re: Haze not even top news in Indonesia!

The Indonesian bastards are just fucked. First they claimed that agricultural companies from Singapore and Malaysia are also contributing to the forest burning.

When we next asked for evidence and the names of those related companies involved, now they say that we must not interfere in their domestic affairs. Fuck to them indeed. Bloody corrupted group of cronies.

These bastards if the next time they will be striked with natural disasters, be they devastating earthquakes or tsunami, Singapore and Malaysia, the Red Cross included, should never ever send aid nor relief personnel to help them. As already said by they themselves: "we must not interfere in their domestic affairs".

Vivien should do some homework first, did he? before asking the Indon government to name the companies involved for the haze, for they will come up with a list & Vivien, will discover that, either GLC's companies, Temasek or even GIC have substantial shares in them.

This would be a classic case of "self inflicted" of criticism, or what we call "point one finger, 4 point back"... ha ha ha ha

Do you even think the PAP Minisars are competent in the first place?

When really pressured, the MiniStars in an attempt to safe guard their own back sides would without even thinking create, a self pawned event on themselves.

Of course ,as usual the main culprit Ah Loong would use these buggers ( paid millions to take the fall) as shields to safe guard himself and his kinds that are close to him.
