Ornamental fish like very big in China, whole consumable fish is to restaurant and such. Very good margins. Hire a scientist level to manage your farm to control the water, temp, etc...

Not easy to get a license to operate a fuckshop in Geylang. There are some, already in the biz, who may want to sell some of their shares. But there are risks involved. I can't put in my name. Nor that of a proxy.

Another consideration is why would someone in such a lucrative trade offer to sell his shares? Ah long problems must be the reason.

AVB is not interested in who the shareholders are. They deal with the licensee. If he hiong hiong makan me, I LL can't take legal action.

Did consider underground gambling den but was told no business since the 2 casinos opened for biz. One of the operator even told me no need for police to raid his den. His will die a natural death. It is that bad.
