They are pro-Sultan and anti-PAS. PAS has only 1 seat in the whole state.

Being the main landowners in Johor, SEZ is promising them higher property prices.
I can only imagine that those Chinese who vote for PAS are non-property owners in Johor.

In fact, PAS only runs in 11 districts (vs 15 in last elections) in 2026 Johor Elections, no manifesto, no coalition.
