Jesus pbuh was physically raised to Heaven. If Allah want it to happen HE will said "Be n it shall Be". Just likr how Jesus pbuh was borned miraculously without any male intervention. Jesus pbuh, as an infant, even spoke in defence of his mother (Mary) when latter was slandered by the public for not being a righteous woman.
