It is not a conspiracy because conspiracies are stuff that is done covertly BUT with these NTUC moves to monopolise the hawker trade, sheng siong to monopolise the wet markets and the SBS/SMRT moves..........,these are moves that are done openly and even audaciously......as if the bloody people of Singapore are blind and dumb.

They are not in denial bro. They know what is going on but they have been seduced by their own individual cognitively distorted perception of their "wealth" and "assets".... SInkies own state created fears and anxieties mixed potently with their narrow-mindedness with an overwhelming sense of greed and ego has denied them any chance of seeing the truth for themselves..that they are just slaves to this land that has no natural water resources, that does not grow its own food, that depends on banks and casinos to run their shenanigans until the whistle is blown on them.... after that then what?

As far as this govt is concerned, they just have to keep up appearances and ...it is pretty obvious to me that they have completely run out of ideas other than this clever mix of a property ponzi scheme coupled with hot money from banks and casinos....what will happen when all this nonsense implodes....

You probably have to start looking for answers from your missing multimillionaire leaders but guess what?? by then you will discover that they have fled this country and are safely escounced where your 'laws" cannot touch them...and the sheer irony of it all, depending on the charity of those very "western" human rights laws which they continuously denounced and denied singaporeans in order to delay their own extradition...that is assuming that you can painstakingly try to fit a multi million piece puzzle that has no edges and where you have to guess how many to even find in the first place....

Sinkies really will have no idea where all this will start or end.... so much for the "transparency" and the "accountability" ..... then again maybe I am just a pessimist......

all this reminds me of the Greek state and it huge civil service which ballooned over the years. everyone was comfortably working for the state and no one wanted to rock the boat. Only 1 single MP tracked the employment nos and complained, but no one heeded his advice. There was no need to then. Even now, at the brink of financial collapse, they are still not shredding weight fast enough. and its also too late, cutting people when the economy is down makes the govt look bad.

What happens when the SG civil service is unable to support the huge number of ministers, per secs etc etc ? Or will the music never stop?

NTUC FoodFare. FoodFare around at least for 20 years. i first notice them when i still in secondary school, the coffeeshop at bedok interchange facing the alighting point was ran by NTUC Foodfare. In NSF, they also had the contract for the Tekong cookhouse which honestly, much better than SFI cookhouse.
