If there is one single thing in the world even my Thick Face cannot withstand, it is women's tears.

I love their genuine tears. Means they are very vulnerable. Likely for me to succeed. Attack the right spot and game over. Hahahaha.... Just kidding.

On an absolute scale ...a little way to go yet.

i think some experience , patience and maturity coupled with what is already in place, especially the charisma, and she will be up there among the better ones.
