Was Seng Han Thong considered to be performing his MP duty? It wasn't an MPS and it wasn't in Parliament. He has sent his grassroot helpers to chase NSP candidate Yip Yew Weng out of the Yio Chu Kang CC before, citing it's a non-political venue.

So as the NSmen's medical bills are forwarded to his family, is the government going to foot Seng Han Thong's medical bills? If so, what's the difference?
