Ruler Loong's greed knows no bounds, a trait he inherited from Gecko. (Gecko was notorious for her wealth hoarding and numerous boon grants to her Kwa kinsman despite their meagre collective abilities)

Ruler Loong lectured stupid peasants and says he is centre of universe in Peasantpore and the elected Rubber Stamp President must listen to him and parrot whatever he says.

Ruler Loong is greedy in this aspect because as Undisputed Paramount Ruler, he has an easy life. In the Kangaroo Parliament, 80 peasants' representatives are on his side and will drown the remaining 8 dissenters with their saliva. In addition, there is always the ever pliant Courts who will hand down harsh sentences via Show Trials against other political dissenters. His sons gets the attend schools of his choice and were kept safe via the White Horse classification during National Serfship despite their misdemeanor (e.g. Prince Hongyi's command post desertion)

Despite an easy life, Ruler Loong wants Peasants to select a Rubber Stamp President of his choice e.g. Phony Tan or he will not respect and ignore the Peasants' choice.

It is small wonder Ruler Loong picked Phony Tan because of family ties. In Asiatic politics, where dynastic families reign supreme e.g. North Korea, Neh-Neh land, Peasantpore, perversion of the Westminister model is common by ennobling one's relatives.

Are you reffering to lky's son when you mentioned ruler Loong ? if so, may i say you are wrong; lky's son is not the ruler, he is just a PM [ProxyMinister] and he is doing a fine job at it.

Lets put things in simpler perspective.

If we are in a generous mood, we can say Obama is the leader of the Yanks.

Clearly Prince Loong is not a leader of Peasantpore, like his father before him, he is a ruler. He rules, he does not lead, get the message?
