how do u keep from worrying about small things?

they say life's too short to worry about small things but try as i might some things i just cannot let go so easily.

even though i never had a waiter spill a drink on me for eg i doubt i would like that go so easily.

I fully agree. Some small things might lead to big thing. Like a small lump may lead to big cancer or a snowflake may caused an avalanche and stupid policy might lead to change in government. It is good to be cautious instead of letting unimportant things take you for a ride
