On Nov 21st, the Donald J Trump campaign suffered even more setbacks with the notable "Big" Pennsylvania Court case resulting in a defeat with the judge blasting the lawyers for wasting the courts time and dealing the additional blow of ruling "with prejudice" which means they wont be able to refile this. Ouch

It is now very clear Trump has No chance in the Courts because he has No actual factual evidence to prove his fake fraud claims in the Courts...

Only way for Trump to try and steal the election now is by trying to block the certification of the popular vote in favour of Biden in the swing states...

No doubt all hell will break loose should this happen but Trump and gang don't care about the consequences they only care about their own self interests and hold on power...

Fortunately, the electorate system still seems to be holding up thus far although it is going to be seriously tested between now and 8/12 & 14/12 the key milestone electoral college votes dates...

Just saw famous eminent Harvard law prof emeritus Alan Dershorwitz on FoxNews with Trump arse licker Maria Bartiromo...Dershorwitz gave a fair objective view on Trump's legal chance of overturning the result... highly unlikely...because of lack of clear factual evidence to prove widespread voter fraud...what Dershorwitz termed "whole sale" as opposed to the "retail" type being shown by Trump's legal team...he said the SC would not hear a case unless there was "wholesale" fraud evidence which is required to overturn this election...thus far there is none...SC would not hear a case just to give a ruling which in effect would not overturn the election result and just give what he called a "pyrrhic victory"...

Watching the on screen antics by the Campaign at this point is more an attempt to smear the whole process than achieve any legal result. At some point the state Bar Association might step in, because after the recent ruling, actual damage has occurred to the acting litigants here. In Michigan, the usually mundane procedure to formally certify the state following the certification of the counties is now the focus as 1 GOP has announced his intention to vote against. Reason given is more time needed to investigate but the only legal remedy can only occur upon actual state certification so its nonsensical. The other GOP vote is the key as 3 votes of the 4 is required. So Monday will be interesting. Will the courts there intervene and/or will the Governor fire the board and appoint new ones? Just theatrics.

Its interesting to note that failure to carry out their legislative duties is a jailable offense as follows:

1 Board has clear legal obligation to certify 2. Willful neglect of duty is a crime

In Pennsylvania its utterly bonkers. The last minute appeal was filed, as expected but, its to return to the previous court so fix an error in the same district they were just lambasted at. Wut? Again, nothing but drama, news fodder for the far right conspiracy theory machine to spew out hilarity.

MI GOP board certifiers finally realised the grave consequences if they went the power grab coup way and go against the law to vote no to certification...MI board voted 3 out of 4 in favour of certification a couple of hours ago...which was sufficient for Biden to gain MI with one GOP member voting yes but the other still trying to save face for himself so abstained which was irrelevant...

Gather most counties in PA have in the last few hours certified in favour of Biden and the PA SC just threw out another Trump case...so in effect PA also going to be certified in favour of Biden...

With MI and PA being certified in favour of Biden, its game over for Trump...

As expected, Biden has hit 80M Votes and not done yet. 81M is a possibility. Some states are still counting. 80/81M Million to 73/74 M and 73 Electoral Votes was not even close. in the end it was also a big middle finger to Trump and Trumpism. FAT FUCK did say in 2016 landslide with 306 Electoral Votes, so Biden 2020 beat that with popular vote.
