Used to be the AIA opid when it was first built. The building has since been sold to Ascott who now runs service apartments there. TS's girl friend may not be so dumb afterall. She may be preparing a "surprise" present for TS at the Ascott. Enjoy, TS! Is your birthday around the corner?

An old lady was seen every day standing on the grass patch fronting the building, looking up and cursing the building. I was told that she was the mother of a Singaporean construction worker who fell to his death while working on that site.

You're right on with the location of Asia Chambers, but Asia Chambers is not the same as the Asia Insurance Building.

Finlayson Green is a very small park at the fork junction of Fullerton and Robinson roads. I think there's only one building bearing that address. No second or third etc.
