I need advice!

Have been dating my girlfriend for the past 10 years. Am renting a house with my gf. Went on a work trip and realised she switched off the cctv in house. Asked her about it and she broke down and admitted she brought a male colleague home when I was away. Asked if they slept and she said yes. We agreed to stay and try again as 10 years is too long. She promised me that she would keep her distance from the colleague. A month later, I secretly checked her phone and realised she is still texting the colleague. She got angry that I checked her phone without her permission and said she was only showing concern as the colleague fell sick. Last night I told her I bought the proposal ring, and asked if she had settled things with the colleague. She broke down, cried and admitted she is still talking to him as they see each other daily at the office. But she is planning to change jobs soon. Should we still try? I still love her very much would things change once she changes jobs and doesn’t see the colleague everyday? It is the first time she cheated in our 10 years together…so she is decently loyal…
