According to Shin Min Daily News, Siow and three of the accused males were spotted at Orchard Towers around noon yesterday.

Dressed in red and cuffed in arm and leg restraints, the group remained there for about 10 minutes, during which a crowd of curious passersby gathered and snapped pictures of the scene. The images later surfaced and circulated on citizen Facebook pages.

The New Paper reported that the four were taken to the first-storey entrance of the building and a club on the second floor, presumably Naughty Girl, where an argument between the victim and accused had purportedly taken place.

It is understood that Siow appeared exhausted as she answered questions from the authorities, while the other men seemed unruffled. However, it’s unclear which of the six men charged were brought back to the scene.
