No you are obviously wrong that it is certainly not a crime when it is a crime to steal people photos from Facebook and publish it with derogatory comments. Ask @Leongsam who took down some photos that were taken from Facebook and posted here with insults of the Indian woman being fat. He took down the photos as no copyright he said. Posting on Facebook doesn’t mean people lose the copyright of their photos. Right @Leongsam?
