日本性骚扰事件频发，职场性骚扰保险产品目前热销。日本财政部近期发生了性丑闻，保险公司抓紧机会，推销相关保险产品。
据报道，日本三大保险公司公布的业绩显示，它们推出的各种“性骚扰“保险处于热销。去年的业绩，要比往年多了六成。
东京海上保险公司数据显示，去年签下的骚扰问题保单有3万7000个，比去年的2万3000张多了60%。这个现象，被认为是日本社会对这个问题的关注度提高，原本难以启口的日本女性正在打破沉默，要以投保和法律途径来维护自己。
日本是从2006年起在劳动法里列入有关骚扰的诉讼制度。日本保险公司在那时只关注企业的投保，以能减轻企业诉讼费用作为卖点。
现在，投诉的一方人数增加，日本保险公司也不得不考虑，推出为个人争取法律福利的相关产品。在为日女性设计的性骚扰保险产品内，包括了给她们提供法律援助以及辅导
