For CPIB, coffee no problem - from the machine. I know. I drank three cups there previously.

For CID and mata chus, it depends on the IO. In the past, I even packet good makan for my accused persons.

People like you and me are different. If everybody got VIP badges like us, police stations become cafes, restaurants and nite clubs already. Not everybody ended up in police station can name the HI or OC, demand to see them, then say "hello, you don't nabei kannina, let's go to canteen and talk it over." After that, he pays and let you go NOD. You pull off a stunt like that, you're untouchable in that division already, unless you're either too stupid or suicidal to involve in ministerial level cases.

i wrote out of the blue some minutes ago, without help from wiki, google or any threads here. it just came to me, pure in originality. i'm clairvoyant. :D

ps: refer to thread dedicated to equalisation. somehow, i sense his restless spirit. it just comes to me. he must be looking for a bottle of chivas. :D
