Tonight GF not with me so go for my favorite Luad Moo (zhu zha tang). This is the most popular road side stall Luad Moo. The other famous one is Khun Sri Luad Moo which have a few branches in Pattaya but this one is better than the restaurants. I always ask for extra blood. :p Understand not very healthy to eat spare part but really aroi so don't think so much. Just whack!

Yes. he produce many good composition. One of my favorite is 铁血丹心 perform by Roman and Zhen Ni. Another good one is 問誰領風騷 but not sure is by Joesph Koo.
For non-Joesph Koo works, I like this singer/songwriter call 蔡国权. Think one of his most famous work is perform by 徐小风 call 顺流YI流 （don't know the third character):p
