The US Army, US Navy, and US Marines each has its own fleet of military aircraft independent of USAF; most educated people know this. According to the web, in 2018: US Air Force has about 5,400 aircraft, US Army about 4,400, US Navy about 4,000, Russian Air Force about 3,600.

This is incorrect. Second largest Air Force in the world is the US Army. The US Navy is third. The Russian Air Force is fourth.
