【星島日報報道】再發現非洲豬瘟需銷毀4100隻活豬的上水屠房，食環署已於上午11時完成有關工作，並隨即清潔消毒屠房。有屠房內的銷毀片段流出，見穿上保護衣物工作人員將豬隻吊起，做記號，之後用黑色膠袋包裹。
鮮肉大聯盟副主席關國華預計，消毒程序需時3日。他又指，業界未與當局商討今次的賠償金額，但局方指會按市價賠償，而且上次殺豬的賠償至今仍未收到。
另外，關國華指出，由於來貨時間及數量不同，難以承諾縮短活豬逗留屠房時間至「日日清」，但屠房重開後，會盡量在36小時內屠宰。他又表示屠房重開後，希望能做到36小時內將一批豬隻完成屠宰，以免豬隻逗留過長時間，增加風險。
