Waking up with cramps..

I used to have painful cramps on my calves during sleeping time.. Sometimes I accidentally over stretched one of my legs during sleeping and one of my calves would swiftly kena this painful sharp muscle spasm.. I would just grit my teeth and bear with the pain..

Then few years later, I read somewhere that if you experienced this kind of pain on your calves, you should straightaway get up from the bed and immediately do some jumping exercise for a few minutes.. The pain on the calve will gradually decreased.. Don't laugh.. I did it and it really worked for me..

2. yes, it was painful & i am totally immobile.

once in a full moon, yes, twice a week? Got to see a doctor about this. Crazy. You body virtually falling apart.

the worst scenario which can be fatal is vein thrombosis. so please go and check with your doctor....

DVT (deep vein thrombosis) is quite difficult to diagnose, especially by general practitioners who are usually not trained for such cases.
