Penalty for causing death due to reckless driving is a joke in spore.

Refer to “Former bus driver jailed 3 weeks for causing death of professor’s wife” (March 25) and “Driver who ran over two boys sentenced to two weeks’ jail” (Jan 27).

In addition there shoud be law to automatic override car, life or accident insurance payout if found due to speeding cases.

agreed. the law here regarding drink driving and speeding accdients that kill is a big joke. In USA and australia and some european countries, if you kill someone from careless or speeding driving or drunk driving, you get charged with manslaughter which is at least 10 years in prison.
