A woman living in Punggol allegedly found semen on the door handle of her gate after an unknown man loitered outside her home at close to midnight on Jan. 29.

A video posted on TikTok by user @linaleman0 on Feb. 15 showed CCTV footage of a middle-aged man in a white polo shirt and khaki shorts walking past the woman's home.

Before he leaves the camera frame, he turns around, walks to the door and touches the lock handle.

The man then appears to grip his crotch as he peers at the HDB unit. He walks away and walks back to look at the unit several times, before eventually leaving.

From the video, there is no evidence to show that the chinese man smeared anything on the door gate. Most likely is the man got mental problem and he just loiter aimlessly and then he randomly touched a gate, that's all only.

Secondly, even if he really smear some liquid onto a gate, is not possible to be semen because semen will not be sticky after 8 hours. The video time stamp show 11.59pm and the malay woman say the next morning she discovered a sticky substance.

Anyone can do a experiment you put a fresh semen on a surface and you return after 8 hours to check the semen, the semen is totally not sticky anymore.

I think the malay woman anyhow say is sperm in order to attract more attention
