Everyone I know is using AI in their work at school or the office, so seniors who start learning this skill won't be able to overcome the ageism that most employers still harbour. It used to be difficult to find another PME job after one is retrenched past his/her 50th birthday. These days, even 35 is considered too old to some recruiters.
