Housemate making false harassment claims, help?​

General

Living in a shared rental with 4 other housemates. One of my female housemates has completely gone off the rails and is trying to file a police report and harassment complaints against my other male housemate. There is a long history with her mental state that gives us cause to believe that these reports are completely false.

We have some documentation of our interactions over the past few months (that clearly demonstrate that the aggression is from her) but how else can we protect the housemate that’s being falsely accused? She is also a citizen while he is on EP. We have also tried complaining to our landlord but he seems to not be able to do much.

Just an example of one of her accusations: saying to the police that my male housemate has been taking pictures of her and stalking her, when he was just taking a picture of her food remnants and complaining about it.
