Serious UFC Gyms In Singapore Suddenly Uplorry! Where Can Sinkies Learn MMA Now?

.............

Same Senario as "California Fitness Centre" ?
Many cases too, about Spas that collect membership, and later close-down, citing "business failures" ?

California Fitness was infested with homos. I heard horror stories e.g. the towels that were provided for customers were 'sticky'. Think it happened at the Orchard Rd gym, now a H&M store.

All these fitness franchises face the same fate. The next one to fold spectacularly will be F45.

Smaller gyms with loyal clientele last the longest. But growth is limited

I see it’s been a while since anyone posted, but I just want to ask if anyone’s checked out Juggernaut or Fight G in recent months? I’ve heard mixed things about how busy their classes are now that UFC Gym closed. Also curious if any new spots popped up that focus on no-gi BJJ or striking without the usual gym contract drama.

I used to train at one of their branches—place was decent but started feeling empty last few months. Some coaches already hinted they were looking for other gigs.

Heard abt this before, this was like decades ago, right?

Rental is killing many small businesses in S'pore. There was a time when retrenched PMEs could start their own small business to provide for their families. That time has long passed in S'pore, where as far as the govt is concerned, it is "you die, your own business".

It is the same story whether it is a hairdressing , beauty, massage or gym membership etc. Be wary when pressured or have carrots dangled in front of you to pay upfront for packages for a year or longer.
