Why don't you just let the forum members decide which comments display excessive ignorance and stupidity and respond accordingly?
If you infract those whom you think displayed excessive ignorance and stupidity, it will merely reflect your personal bias and prejudice.

think have posted something excessively ignorant or stupid.
Let the forum decide.
The infractions for messing up the quotes or copying lengthy quotes in the replies are fine.
Have got it for this from you before as well and subsequently learnt from the mistake.
