There are many appointed resellers. Selling Devices and Services. Some are Only Available to Chinese such as 2-Ways Satellite SMS + Navigation. Civilian 1 Way receivers modules are made by many SMART PHONES AND CARS AND IOTs components makers, they paid simultaneously licenses to USA GPS Chinese BDS and Russian Glonas license authorities. These Devices are used in phones cameras cars Drones etc. Most common phones e. g. Samsung Huawei Opportunities Vivo Gay-Phones LG etc got licensed devices to use BDS and devices' prices paid by vonsumers include the BDS license.

We are ALREADY USING BDS-3 DAILY FOR YEARS and wrongly thought we were using DOTARDS GPS.

DOTARDS GPS are already very poorly functional. INACCURATE AND UNRELIABLE.
