Do you mean I must blame my HDB, my school, my ITE, teachers except you and ACS? And MOE practices preferential resources allocation? And a PSLE cert from a neighbourhood school with better grades is less worthy than a PSLE cert from ACS cos ACS is blessed by the ACS god?
