Yes, I heard the same too. Same for the ta liao stalls at Queens St which sells abalone, sharks fin, fish maw etc.

Last time those big boys sell moon cakes only open one month per year.
Those big boys sell kim jua in blanco court only care for cheng ming and ghost month business.
And those sell vegetarian food open 1st and 15th can cover whole month liao.
Those were the good old days....

Happy place in the 80s when they were the only place in town that had all these exotic beers....

....damm shiok to just chill and smoke in the open air seating area eating his chicken wings ......now you cant even light up anywhere you like man...
