as for the proclaimation about the rights in the 4th para, it was mambo and jambo and shiok sendiri.... avoding key words like ïndependent/sovereign...

You can read it with an open mind and form your own conclusion.
In fact the Prolaimation is the last piece of information to confirm that LKY did not declareSingapore to be a sovereign independent country on 31st Aug 1963.
