LKY had the best means of opposing the Brits when he made UDI in August / September 1963 - the Brits' unwillingness to act against him.

These are the very people who will buy an investment product from NTUC thinking it is insurance because the financial planner got an official name card, got them to go thru a black and white document which has the word Insurance on it and then gave them an official receipt.
