At the breakneck speed of development in JB, I'm expecting ecological and geological damage. I have reserve about superstructures and sustainability of JB environment. I suppose I'm okay if the pace slows down and we get to enjoy the space and greenery that many of us come here for, instead of higher capital appreciation that mean lesser during our retirement age.
