Ruler Loong adopted a new tactic to quash dissenters and idiots asking for more help to please poor peasants. He challenges them to fund their generous requests.
Yet he still must perform some retail politics to show peasants he is going to help the poorer in their community.
In his State of the Regime speech, Ruler warned peasants that regime spending must increase yet forgets to apply the Funding Doctrine on himself - His Highness did not mention how he is going fund the generous gestures to widen the social security net.
His record is no better, peasants can expect more tax hikes (GST 10%) and price hikes (COE in action since Feb 2011).
Ruler Loong will not ask for $$$ from Phony Tan? Reason is simple: He wants a clean record in History books. Ruler Loong does not want history books to dismiss his reign as spendthrift, spending the savings fleeced from earlier generations of peasants.
