Ruler Loong has conceded it is crucial for the useless ASEAN to close ranks and use the Warring States' 'Vertical Alliance' strategy to deal with Commie PRC on territorial disputes in the South China Sea.
Vertical Alliance was a old strategy proposed by Su Qin to counter the powerful State of Qin by the other 6 weaker rival states. By forming a united front, the basket cases in the regional grouping is able to balk Commie PRC's hegemon-like moves in the South China Sea.
Speaking to the Peasantpore media at the end of his official visit to Commie PRC, Ruler Loong said Peasantpore must be like Su Qin and push for ASEAN to start discussion and take a stand on a code of conduct for the South China Sea.
At the end of his week-long tour of Commie PRC, Ruler Loong said if Commie PRC manage to balk Asean, it will stage a return to the Ming China era with Asean states reduced to vassal states.
Ruler Loong said: "Disputes will weaken the Vertical Allance, but ASEAN has to take a stand. Indoland keeps quiet because its Natuna islets are safe based on assurances from Commie PRC. Next Commie PRC promised aid to the bastard Cambodians. Those Cambodian scums create trouble and quash the Declaration of Independence against Commie PRC. Now Uncle Sam also worry with such divisions, they are unable to use the Pinoys and Viets as proxy against Commie PRC."
Ruler Loong said: "We now speak for Uncle Sam because it is the reigning hegemon but at times, we must also curry favour with Commies PRC by buying their Pandas. We have to wayang and speak from Peasantpore's perspective which is to take no sides with pompous language. The Commies understand our position because they never trust Southern Chinks."
On Peasantpore's role in Commie PRC's development, Ruler Loong said the merchants is increasingly taking the lead, while the Peasantpore regime after a humbling lesson in Suzhou has now play a minor supporting role.
Bilateral relations have also moved from economics to cooperation in other areas such as tourism for rich spolit brats from Commie PRC.
Ruler Loong said: "Ai yah, I am humbled as copying is what the Ang Mohs say, the best form of flattery. We use COE, an ang moh innovation to generate state revenues, the commies see and ape us. Of course workable lah, both are Chink and Asiatic one-party rule state lor. Can we try this in Engerland? Cannot. Uncle Sam do not dare to try this stunt because Ang Moh got this Magna Carta, they not easily fooled by simple vile statecraft."
Commie PRC is also interested in Peasantpore's one party rule and in building a bogus harmonious society.
Ruler Loong its an an area that both Peasantpore and Commie PRC are still grappling with especially in getting the young Princelings to develop a sense of community purpose and belonging beyond themselves and their clans.
