PEASANTPORE: Ruler Loong and his Northern Matland counterpart Tyrant Najib will hold their Tyrants' Retreat, a key bilateral platform to exchange pointers to fix political dissenters, on 18 and 19 February.
It is the fourth Tyrants' Retreat session for both south east asiatic despots.
