So far the world's most expensive player have succeeded in paying back.:biggrin:

In all honesty he was brilliant 2 seasons ago, but average at best during last season's performance. Not only the number of goals half but his assist is almost non existence. This is despite the recent comment by SAF that the team play to create the opportunities for him to score.

Will Real adopt the same approach, I doubt as there are far too many selfish and egoistic player around him this time.

We shall see.

He'll soon find out the on and off field politics at REAL but I dun think he needs the players' assist to score goals. He's been there and done it with aplomb when at OT.
He's got a lucrative contract and that alone should set tongues a wagging. So he shouldn't expect charity from anyone at REAL, particularly the Dutch contingent.

If Cristiano Ronaldo and his Portugese compatriots don't wake up in time, there'll be no World Cup for them next year:

European Group 1
Denmark - 16 points +11 goals
Hungary - 13 points +6 goals
Portugal - 9 points +4 goals
Sweden - 9 points +4 goals

There're 4 more games to go for Portugal to chase Hungary for a play-off place. Chasing Denmark for the auto qualifying place looks impossible now. Moreoever, there's still Sweden in contention for that play-off place. Portugal's chance looks bleak.
