R & F really nice, just stay over few nights via Airbnb. 1/3 shops open liao. Wonder how is the electricity and management fee like.

R&f . Every other day they have to dig a hole in ceiling because leaking. Chinaman workmanship.

well... saw the cracks in the over 30 floor apt we stayed.

R&f is failing very very badly. Even now the management has not collect any rent from any shop. Because business is so bad. They have to at some point and i predict once they do shop owners will just leave. And im was talking about shopping ceiljngs leaking. Everywhere you can see holes and repair marks

I just moved out. Terrible. Everyday at the management office you can see drama as the owners bang table and ask why repairs are still not done.

There are lot of new development near it.
If RTS near it will be even better but CIQ good enough.
So far impressed with this development. Near to sg taste of Condo property. Rental in MY very cheap lah, the shops will surivive.

Still want to collect rental ???
I went Paradigm mall a few days recently, i think the Ground floor (GF) shops are nice. The place is big and huge. It's coming up nicely after a few years.
I went to also upper ground floor ( Upper ground Floor) , it is good also.
You ask me which shopping mall i like best. I really don't know. But each mall has their own taste and liking.
