PAPCF kindergartens belong to PAP. Opposition parties are welcome to start up their own kindergartens. Minimum paid-up capital S$5 million even if just for one centre.
CCs come under PA, funded by government, not PAP as a party. If opposition manage to take over government, they take over CCs and PA, along with GIC and Temasek etc.

Don't think LKY will give up Temasek and GIC easily. He may call in the army and declare election result as freak result. He said that before.
Freak his head. A result is a result. When PAP win, I happily give it to PAP that they win. If they lose, they should just concede defeat. Calling it a freak result and calling in the army would destroy the nation that they claim to protect. If more than half of the nation voted against them, what's with the army? They're part of the nation too with more than half of themselves and their relatives and friends voting against PAP.
