The parents should ask the media: If a psle marker had a bad day and decided to screw up the results of 11 students from a top class/GEP class, can there be no recourse or avenue for review? what are the checks and process in place to ensure that one rogue marker cannot get away with such blatant behavior. How does moe ensure that the checks and processes are carried out. And lastly, were the 11 scripts properly marked as a matter of fact? The last step would be the easiest because checking 11 scripts wont take more than 2 hrs.
these are the important questions that must be at the forefront of any discussion with moe.
