SINGAPORE: Acting Peasantpower Minion Overtime Tan CJ has finally acknowledged that in general, the relationship between an merchant and foreign serf tends to be weighted against the former. This is an open secret for many full moons and wiser peasants know the regime always sides with merchants against local peasants since Old Autocrat seized political power from the Northern Mats and Brits.
Posting on his Facebook page, Minion Tan said that's why the Employment of Foreign Powerpower Act will never amended "to stem the worse abuses" since foreign serfs do not vote. He and implies local peasants will always be bind by unfair employment contracts since there will always be the 60% who support Ruler Loong.
Overtime Tan CJ was forced to comment on the latest case of two troublesome PRC serfs who used drama antics and sat on top of construction cranes for hours on Thursday, over an alleged pay dispute with their employer. The serfs have been charged with criminal trespass since they effectively sabotaged Overtime CJ's 2012 KPI.
To proved that PRC serfs are troublemakers, the Peasantpower Ministry claimed that the two serfs did not have any stipends owed to them.
Still, Overtime Tan CJ said the ministry is investigating to placate the PRC embassy since the latter claimed drastic antics could be caused by the company using dirty tricks to fleece the PRC serfs and therefore could breach some statutory provisions under the pro-merchant Employment Act.
The Mouthpiece crows merchants who contravene the Employment Act and/or the Employment of Foreign Serf Act can be prosecuted but will only be subjected to light fines. Most will be able to hire foreign serfs after a simple appeal. Clever merchants usually send their local peasants to Meet the Peasants session to pressure Peasants' Representative to lobby for their errant merchant bosses.
Overtime Tan CJ also reiterated that serfs facing employment issues should approach the 'Ya Men' for advice and help but they must pass the 'Trival' test by a series of beatings and crawling on broken grass to discourage 'bo liao' cases.
He noted that the PRC serfs in the latest incident, plotted to be on the headlines to get a free ticket home. Overtime Tan CJ said they were discourage from cumming back and therefore ended up on the crane.
When asked why they did not come back to lodge their claims, one worker apparently said they are taken for ride by MOM 'Red Tap Rajah' tricks.
"Our lackeys hinted to them never to cum back so they get the hint, hence they will tell you that that going to MOM to lodge their claims was 'troublesome'," Overtime Tan beamed.
Overtime Tan CJ said the ministry used red tape by demanding documentation from the serfs in order to frustrate them so they can handle the dispute by siding with the merchants.
"KNNCCB, if serfs do not get the hint and try to be funny, like stage a drama shop, they will be known as gluttons for punishments and will taken for more rides using red tape tricks," he said.
He added his lackeys follows up on even non-statutory cases where Labour Relations officers will teach the merchants tricks to con their foreign serfs.
Companies he said can be blacklisted and after a simple appeals, will have a clean slate and given green light to con more foreign serfs but they must pay taxes, levies and duties in time.
But Overtime Tan CJ said in all instances, the foreign serfs too can have misplaced expectations that the vile regime will help them deal with cunning blood sucking merchants.
