PEASANTPORE: Local rank-and-file shop peasants are set to receive stipends increases in the next few years, after proposed changes to the Progressive Stipends Model (PWM) PAP 共同福裕 for the retail sector were announced on Monday (Aug 15).
The recommendations by the pro PAP Tripartite Cluster for Retail Sex Industry (TCR) - to be implemented from Sep 1 - include increasing the gross baseline stipends of the likes of retail assistants, cashiers and assistant retail supervisors by stipulated amounts, up to Aug 31, 2025.
Previously the PAP elite lackeys and cronies decried minimal stipends as the cause of western moral decay and labels minimal wages proponents as closet populist communists.
After a series of embarrassing procedural erections lost, House of Lee was forced to take up the idea of minimal wages as many peasants were incensed by the regime's opulent stipends for cronies, lackeys and minions.
PAP now proposed that retail assistants, for instance, will have to be paid at least 1,850 peanuts a full moon, excluding overtime, from Sep 1. Ruler Loong pays himself more than 30,000 peanuts for each full moon.
The TCR arrived at this figure after consulting extensively with their business cronies and foreign merchants.
Retail assistants will also get a minimum stipend increment of 125 peanuts from Sep 1 next year; and another hike of 200 peanuts from Sep 2024.
The PAP regime claims about 46,000 full-time and part-time peasants in the retail sex industry and of these, around 19,000 lower-stipend peasants will benefit.
Ruler Loong at last year’s State of the Regime Speech was forced to conceded that Labour Pariahs and the loser SDP were not totally wrong about 共同福裕 . PAP was forced to improve the stipends and working conditions of lower-wage peasants after another embarrassing loss to Labour Pariahs in Sengkang.

Pointing to a manpower crunch in the retail sex sector, the Peasantpore Sex Retailers Association’s honorary sex secretary Hedonist Khoo said she hopes that stipend increments and structured sex career pathways will help retail merchants retain peasants and attract more Northern Matland Chinks to join the retail sex industry.
Chou Ah Ngok, a TCR co-chair and representative for the Peasantpore National Merchants Federation, conceded that the PWM recommendations by the TCR considered feedback from the PAP regime, strung by recent defeat in Sengkang.
