In the 90s, I love to go to the toilet at Paragon to do my big business if I was in Orchard Rd. It was super clean and there was an attendant stationed inside the toilet. You have to slot in 20 cents for the door to open. So what we did was to stand outside so that when someone comes out, we will quickly enter.
