Actually if you think about it, it really SHOULD be news and rightly so.

SG might claim to be first world, but the state of many public toilets here especially in places that are not indoors or airconditioned buildings are seriously bad and definitely not first world at all.

SG is a CLEANED City. Not a CLEAN CITY.
