Why don't u lose weight by exercising hard until your abs are visible for say 10 weeks...? Than after that u can eat whatever u want in moderation while maintaining an exercise routine to maintain both your health and weight?
i already have 6.9 pack abs. eating less and keeping fit are 2nd nature routines. the amount of yard work and sexercise i do outdoors is way beyond the typical sinkie average, plus i walk the dog 3.69 times a day and 6.9 days a week. sam is probably like me, and i’m probably like him in terms of diet and sexercise.
