My daughter persuaded me to have a Happy Sharing Box C for dinner and now I am regretting it.

That's not true. I wish them well in their future endeavours. However, please leave the upbringing to me. I am the legally recognized parent for her. They aren't. They can eat as much junk food as they want. I couldn't care less if they die or suffer from obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cancer or whatever. Just don't inculcate bad eating habits on my daughter.

I would prefer to buy CP mexican wings and bake them in the oven. Cheaper and healthier and definitely more tasty than that Macs crap.

i’m more into vege for health and the aging process. still have seafood and steaks once in a while when friends are over. some outfits are growing meat from cells. will try that.

Why don't u lose weight by exercising hard until your abs are visible for say 10 weeks...? Than after that u can eat whatever u want in moderation while maintaining an exercise routine to maintain both your health and weight?
