I already know the answer.32. pmd?
Consumers are given incentives to purchase electric cars i.e.via tax reduction or subsidies as it still costs more to manufacture on account its batteries. It's interesting to note Tesla is bottom of the pile when it comes to reliability but in terms of stock market valuation, it is worth more than Toyota, Volkswagen, Daimler and General Motors combined even though its output is a fraction of these guys. Mr Musk clearly has an unlimited license to print $$$.

I am puzzled why I don't see more Teslas on Singapore streets, does the govt not see a future for electric cars? Besides, most of the major manufacturers are moving away from the combustion engine.

plus coe it’s 4x.Most cars in Singapore costs about 4x to 6x to the US. Tesla 3 if it costs 2x to 3x of US price will gain market share here. So in the next year you will see a lot more Tesla on Sinkieland
And a lot more accidents. 0-100km/h in 5.6s and a top speed of 225. We are just asking for trouble, knowing how fucked up sinkie drivers are. Most cars in Singapore costs about 4x to 6x to the US. How much is the drive home price in US? Is it US$38k? S$113k + COE S$40k+ works out to about 3x. In any case, it was sold for 200+ k in Sinkieland previously, so it is much lower now. The 3.3s model S is below S$200k so yes, expect lots of accidents!plus coe it’s 4x.
5.6s is manageable, WRX and Evo was in that range. It is the 3.3s sub 200k model that is going to have young fucked up bengs racing the lambosAnd a lot more accidents. 0-100km/h in 5.6s and a top speed of 225. We are just asking for trouble, knowing how fucked up sinkie drivers are.
You are not very intelligent. Electric car has a metal shell protecting you, PMD is totally exposed. You need to learn to sound more intelligent from bigcockmanThe allow electric car tesla on the road but ban PMD's?

Cars are far more dangerous than PMDs for precisely the reason you mention. Cars are capable of causing multiple deaths in a single accident. For example at lucky plaza 2 maids were killed and 4 seriously injured by just ONE car.
Had that car driver been using a PMD instead of driving a tonne of metal he would have killed himself rather than some innocent maids who were doing nothing more than enjoying their day off.
You can view the video of the carnage here :
This is the clown that should never have been allowed to drive a car. If only he had been on a PMD those maids would still be alive.
While a tally of road deaths is tabulated by governments around the world many forget that there is a fate worse than death for those who were victims of cars.
You almost got it right... except the accidents have got nothing to do with cars. It is the driver. Electric car drivers are more affluent and likely to be higher SES compared to m&ds PMD riders who rides at 80kmh totally exposed.
To me, all kinds of motorised machines should be banned. Only bicycles should be allowed
